What We do to Empower Female Farmers?

Globally, women farmers do as much, if not more, than men.

Yet they rarely own the land they work.

💡 Although women make up nearly half of the agricultural labour force, they own just 13% of farmland worldwide.

At Aliet Green, we’ve built our entire supply chain differently.

👩🏽🌾 94.5% of our farmers are women.

Not by accident, but by design.

From coconut tapping to supply chain leadership, women are the roots of our regenerative model, redefining what farming leadership looks like in Indonesia.

Here’s how we make sure gender equity isn’t a side note, it’s the structure:

✔️ Equal pay and pricing for products harvested by women
📚 Business training & financial literacy programs tailored for rural women
📈 Fair Trade premiums reinvested into education, organic tools, and childcare access
🎓 Leadership pathways into Green Warrior and community educator roles

This isn’t just empowerment.

This is systemic redesign, led by women, for women.

Because true regeneration means more than soil health.

It means building agricultural systems where dignity, opportunity, and equity grow together.

👊 Gender equity in farming isn’t about giving women a seat at the table.

It’s about redesigning the table itself.
