We are thrilled to announce that Aliet Green has been recognised at the 51st International Cocotech Conference and Exhibition, the largest technical conference in the coconut sector.
This year’s theme, “Harnessing Coconut’s Potential as the 🌴 Tree of Life and Green Energy,” highlighted global issues related to climate change, sustainable coconut agroindustry, and farmers’ livelihoods.
The potential of the green economy sector in Indonesia is vast, underscoring the resiliency of our 🥥 coconut plantation area, which spans over three million hectares with an annual production of 2.8 million tons.
For the past 15 years, Aliet Green has been leading the way, leveraging coconuts not only as a food source but also as a cornerstone of renewable energy solutions, fostering a more sustainable and resilient energy landscape in 🇮🇩 Indonesia. Our founder, Lastiana Y., was honoured with an 🏅 ICC Award, recognised by H.E. Ir. H. Joko Widodo, President of the Republic of Indonesia, and presented by Zulkifli Hasan, Minister of Trade Indonesia. 🌟 Lastiana stood out as the only woman in a male-dominated industry and the only social enterprise business, celebrating her outstanding achievements and contributions towards sustainable coconut development in Indonesia. Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey. Together, we are making strides towards a more sustainable and resilient future. 🌏
