📣 Aliet Green has kicked off the #IkeaSocialEntrepreneurship Accelerator Program, co-run with Instellar Impact.
We’ve just returned from a three-day bootcamp filled with mentors, peers, workshops, and reflection setting the stage for a year of growth, learning, and collaboration.
Over the year, the program will help us explore how Aliet Green can better support our smallholder farmers, strengthen livelihoods, and build more sustainable communities.
It’s a chance to revisit the questions that guide our work:
💡 How can our farmers master regenerative techniques more effectively?
💡 How can more women with limited education succeed in global markets?
💡 How can we expand opportunity while staying true to our mission?
Even in these first three days, it’s clear: social enterprises thrive when knowledge is shared, assumptions are challenged, and perspectives are broadened.
We’re excited for what lies ahead, applying insights, testing ideas, and growing alongside the farmers and women leaders at the heart of Aliet Green.
